Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of PM experience in IT infrastructure, platform, cloud, or enterprise tech environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale platform upgrades, infrastructure modernization, or cloud projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, virtualization, storage, networking, and security technologies.
• Ability to assess technical architecture, dependencies, risks, and operational impacts throughout project lifecycles.
• Knowledge of PM frameworks such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ISO27001 is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English workplace communication; Cantonese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform upgrade, modernization, and solution deployment projects within a private cloud environment.
• Develop and manage project plans, technical dependencies, key milestones, and critical delivery paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of infrastructure and platform initiatives.
• Oversee solution design, hardware and software deployment, technical implementation, and operational handover activities.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, technical issues, and delivery dependencies.
• Maintain project governance documentation, including risk registers, project plans, and dependency mappings.
• Communicate project status, key risks, and technical impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards throughout project execution.
