Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group is recruiting a senior digital banking lead to steer strategy and execution for internet and mobile banking across personal and SME segments.

You will drive innovative digital solutions, collaborate with IT and business teams, and monitor adoption KPIs while ensuring regulatory compliance and competitive benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Information Technology, Fintech or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years in banking with proven digital banking service development experience (e‑Banking and mobile channels).
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Self‑motivated with strong analytical and planning skills.
• Detail‑oriented & able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule.
• Excellent communication and leadership skill.
• SME business background is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist other divisions or bank's subsidiaries in driving digital channel initiatives.
