  • Professional qualification CFP/CFA/CFMP/PMP/ACP would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with ownership and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin would be an advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Support senior management in developing business strategies for new customer segments, with emphasis on customer acquisition and value growth. Identify prospective clients, enhance product profitability, increase penetration and cross‑selling efficiency, and foster primary banking relationships. Align with annual team goals by expanding diverse account opening channels to improve the volume and quality of new customer acquisition.
  • Tailor service models and communication channels to customer needs, coordinate between product and sales teams, and drive the development and rollout of new products and services. Contribute to setting business targets and support pricing strategy formulation, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall strategic direction.
  • Help gather market insights and competitive intelligence, track market trends and shifts in customer behavior. Combine customer data and market analysis to support management in creating tiered customer outreach strategies. Develop targeted product packages and thematic marketing campaigns in response to market opportunities, improving responsiveness and conversion rates.
  • Promote an effective sales management framework for customer segments, maintain strong coordination with all sales units, analyze performance and adoption across channels, and facilitate cross-towards-level and cross-channel collaboration to ensure successful execution of marketing plans and management directives.
  • Support the creation of standardized sales tools—such as sales guides, KYC checklists, and account opening reminders—to boost frontline sales efficiency and compliance. Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to strengthening the sales team’s expertise and execution capabilities.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, work with product managers to deliver campaign content, define target customer criteria, communication scripts, and marketing materials for direct outreach, enhance frontline engagement, and conduct performance tracking and analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Focus on streamlining the account opening process by monitoring data and addressing key bottlenecks like backlogs and approval delays. Implement real‑time alerts and collaboration protocols to reduce processing time and improve customer experience. Advance the new customer journey by shifting specific offline account openings to fully digital processes, increasing operational efficiency and customer quality.
  • Proactively explore new customer acquisition channels, expand referral networks, attract various types of small enterprise clients, and meet new customer growth objectives.
  • Leverage internal and external big data analytics and modeling tools to refine customer segmentation, accurately identify customer potential and product needs, effectively drive customer development and realization of opportunities, and continuously strengthen customer retention, quality, and overall revenue contribution.
Requirements
  • University degree or above in any disciplines with 3 years working experience in banking or financial industry is preferred
