Job summary

WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Clients to lead media plan development and client communications, translating objectives into strategic plans and presenting them with confidence.

You will drive campaign performance through analysis, mentor junior teammates, and partner across digital and offline channels in a hybrid office model four days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in media planning and campaign execution.
• In-depth knowledge of the full media ecosystem, digital and offline channels.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation and client management skills, able to articulate complex strategies.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliverables.
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Media Planning: Lead the development of integrated media strategies and plans with clear rationale.
• Client Relationship Management: Be the primary day-to-day client contact, leading meetings and presenting plans.

Role Summary And Impact

WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Clients to join our client team. In this role, you will take ownership of media plan development and client communication. You will be responsible for translating client objectives into strategic, integrated media plans, presenting them confidently, and driving campaign performance through insightful analysis and optimization.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Media Planning: Lead the development of integrated media strategies and plans, providing clear strategic rationale and aligning recommendations with client business objectives.

Client Relationship Management: Act as a primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships, leading client meetings, and presenting media plans and performance reviews.

Campaign Optimization & Insights: Drive in-depth campaign analysis, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimization to improve performance and achieve client KPIs.

Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and quality, and fostering their professional development.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in media planning, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
