WPP Media Hong Kong seeks a dynamic Manager, Media Solutions to drive development and adoption of cutting-edge media products for local and outbound clients. Reporting to the AVP, you will build relationships, propose innovative solutions, and identify new revenue opportunities while contributing to sales efforts.

You will collaborate across regional and global teams, articulate complex solutions, and help shape our media roadmap to deliver client value and competitive advantage in a hybrid work

Qualifications

Minimum 4–5 years in media agency, digital media, or ad-tech platforms.
Proven ability to plan digital media or develop media solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product teams to localize media solutions for HK and outbound advertisers.
Identify market gaps and design propositions across addressable media and omnichannel strategies.
Develop outbound frameworks and cross-border enablement with global platforms.
Support revenue growth through client engagement and quarterly investment plans.
Present solutions to clients and educate internal teams on product releases.
