Job summary

WPP Media Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Client Leadership to manage a portfolio of international clients. Reporting to the Vice President, Client Leadership, you will deliver integrated media strategy recommendations across offline, digital, and O2O solutions, and mentor junior staff while guiding local performance and ad operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in media planning, buying, implementation, and client servicing.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of integrated media planning with digital focus.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated media strategies and cross-channel plans based on client briefs.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships and presenting media solutions.
• Oversee media buys, monitor campaigns, and conduct post-campaign analysis.
• Coach and develop junior staff and allocate tasks effectively.
• Manage media budgets and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Act as digital lead, sharing insights on data and tech with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local planners, traditional media, and vendors for seamless execution.
