Job summary

WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Clients to join our client team. You will take ownership of media plan development and client communication, translating client objectives into strategic, integrated media plans and presenting them confidently.

You will drive campaign performance through insightful analysis, optimization, and regular performance reviews, while mentoring junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in media planning with a proven track record of developing and executing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of the full media ecosystem, including digital and offline channels.
• Excellent presentation and client management skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated media strategies and plans, providing clear strategic rationale and aligning recommendations with client business objectives.
• Act as a primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships, leading client meetings, and presenting media plans and performance reviews.
• Drive in-depth campaign analysis, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimization to improve performance and achieve client KPIs.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and quality, and fostering their professional development.
