Job summary

AIA Company Limited is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery and enhancement of technology solutions supporting Insurance Product Implementation, Campaign Initiatives, and Healthcare & Wellness projects across IT and business functions.

The role emphasizes responsible AI adoption, end-to-end project governance and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable customer outcomes in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT encompassing systems analysis, application development, project delivery or support with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading initiatives through full lifecycle from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery resources, vendors, and multiple priorities.
• Insurance/financial-services experience preferred; exposure to product implementation, campaign management, risk, healthcare or wellness platforms is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with AI implementation, automation or digital transformation preferred.
• Experience delivering in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Insurance Product Implementation, Campaign Implementation, Healthcare & Wellness initiatives, Risk, and strategic proposition projects.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery resources and vendors across business users and technical teams.
• Own scope, schedules, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes; ensure quality and governance.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Drive AI-adoption across the SDLC using GitHub Copilot, enterprise LLM platforms, Copilot Studio and AI agents.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and enterprise standards; lead testing and deployment activities.
