Job summary

ICBC (Asia) in Hong Kong seeks an experienced data engineering and audit analytics professional to lead the strategy of audit informatization with AI-powered risk discovery and continuous auditing. You will design, deploy and maintain audit systems to boost efficiency and accuracy across teams.

The role requires advanced data analytics skills, strong communication and integrity, and the ability to collaborate with audit teams to deliver insights that guide risk mitigation and audit planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering or related disciplines.
• 4–6 years of working experience in data engineering and audit data analytics in financial institutions or public accounting firms.
• Proficient in SAS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or other data analytics tools.
• AI agent development experience will be a plus.
• Prior audit experience will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, persuasive and interpersonal skills (oral and written).
• Maintain high level of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality and competency.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, strong written skills in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategy of audit informatization.
• Conduct continuous risk assessment and auditing by leveraging data analytics and AI technic for risk discovery and insights.
• Develop, maintain and manage audit systems to increase the effectiveness of audit processes.
• Develop and implement effective data analytics tools and AI agents to facilitate general audit planning and testing.
• Build and manage relationships with the audit teams in understanding their data analytics needs.
