Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Senior Manager of Audit to lead internal audit engagements in Corporate Banking from planning to reporting. You will evaluate control effectiveness, identify improvements, and provide sound recommendations to enhance efficiency and risk management.

The role requires strong Chinese and English communication, teamwork, and project management capabilities, with experience in IT audit and data analytics being a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of auditing experience, preferably in a sizable firm or financial services.
• Solid experience in Corporate Banking (lending, trade finance, transaction banking, investments).
• Familiarity with Basel requirements related to credit risk rating.
• Professional qualifications CPA or CIA; CFA/FRM a plus.
• Strong communication, project management, and report writing skills.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English; Mandarin helpful.
• Experience in AI and data analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal audit engagements in Corporate Banking from planning to reporting.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and provide improvement recommendations.
• Provide stakeholders with recommendations to improve efficiency or optimize processes.
• Support ad-hoc projects as required.
