Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks an experienced Strategy & Operations leader in the insurance/financial services sector. You will shape long-term growth, analyze performance data, and drive annual and quarterly planning for the agency channel.

Responsibilities span improving agency workflows, monitoring KPIs, ensuring compliance, and managing office budgets. You will lead cross-functional projects with Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, IT, and HR and coach a small team of 2–4 members.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 10 years in insurance or financial services, with 3–5 years in strategy or operations.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in agency or intermediary sales distribution is highly preferred.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing projects, driving change, and managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Business Planning

• Strategic Roadmap: Help the CAO define long-term agency growth, productivity, and recruitment plans.

• Data Insights: Analyze performance data (sales, active agents, retention) to find trends and guide decision-making.

• Planning: Lead annual and quarterly business planning for the agency channel.

2. Operations & Governance

• Process Improvement: Optimize agency workflows and systems to make it easier for agents to do business.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor agency KPIs and build action plans to fix performance gaps.

• Governance & Compliance: Oversee incentives, contests, and campaigns to ensure regulatory and company policy compliance.

• Facilities & Budgeting: Manage agency office space and drive cost-saving/efficiency initiatives.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Central Liaison: Connect the Agency team with Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, IT, and HR.

• Project Management: Lead cross-department projects focused on digital tools, growth, and customer experience.

4. Team Leadership
