Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong strategic and business acumen with experience in insurance distribution, preferably Agency distribution, in Asia.
Strong data analytics skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights for performance management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate across levels.

Responsibilities

Coordinate tracking of agency strategic imperatives and performance drivers to diagnose root causes and recommend improvements.
Partner with functional heads to support execution of agency priorities with timely insights.
Support monthly business reviews, board updates, and external disclosures.
Assist strategic projects to accelerate agency initiatives in markets.
Collaborate with Group Agency heads and market leads on new initiatives and performance tracking.
Support execution of performance management cadence to facilitate disciplined sales management.
