Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 12+ years' experience in advertising, media, marketing, luxury brand management, or integrated communications.
• Proven track record managing luxury, fashion, beauty, jewellery, or premium lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior strategic lead and trusted advisor for luxury and premium brand clients.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive long-term business growth.
• Develop integrated brand, media, communications, and marketing strategies that deliver business results while protecting brand equity.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Creative, Media, PR, Social, Data, and Commerce under Publicis Groupe's "Power of One" model.
• Identify consumer, market, and cultural trends to create innovative opportunities for clients.
• Ensure excellence in campaign delivery and client servicing across all touchpoints.
• Drive account profitability, resource planning, and commercial performance.
• Mentor, inspire, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.
