Job summary

Omni Logistics, LLC is seeking a logistics supervisor in Hong Kong to oversee a team, ensure quality service, and drive process improvements. You will coordinate with multiple departments, manage special assignments from senior management, and maintain essential documentation daily.

The role requires 5-6 years in logistics, proficiency in MS Office, and SAP/WMS knowledge, plus fluency in English and Mandarin. Immediate availability is preferred, with a competitive remuneration package.

• Fluent English and Mandarin with good writing ability.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise inferiors and evaluate their job performance,
• Conform with the work requirement as set forth in accordance with the work instructions and specifications to assure high level of quality service is being provided,
• Carry out ad-hoc projects or special assignments from senior management,
• Co-ordinate with other departments of Omni
• Keep proposing continual plans of improvement to the superior,
• Keep a good rapport with customers by satisfying their needs,
• Help in System development to improve effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy,
• Maintain documents/reports to fulfil company requirements.

Requirements

• Certificate holder in logistics or above
• 5-6 years working experience in Logistics field
• Familiar with MS Office operations, proficiency with Excel
• SAP / WMS Knowledge is highly preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Immediately available will be preferred
