Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of direct experience in private debt, structured finance, leveraged finance, or corporate banking coverage.
• Proven, active contact base of mid-sized corporates, family offices, CFOs, and key intermediaries.
• Business fluency in English and Mandarin to engage Greater China clients and advisors.

Aufgaben

• Lead deal origination and sourcing across mid-sized listed/non-listed corporates and family offices in Greater China.
• Build and nurture an active ecosystem of referral channels, including audit firms, law firms, corporate finance boutiques, and PE/VC funds.
• Evaluate client financing needs and pitch tailor-made credit solutions across senior secured debt, mezzanine financing, asset-backed lending, and cash flow loans.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key borrowers, guiding transactions from pitch to closing.
• Monitor APAC equity/debt markets, macroeconomic trends, and regulatory changes to capture emerging credit demand.
