Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking a qualified lawyer to lead legal support for tokenized securities and traditional equities on its platform. You will advise on regulatory compliance, draft and negotiate core product contracts, and coordinate with Commercial, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams across jurisdictions.

The role emphasizes senior stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and proactive legal guidance in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 4–10 years of experience in a law firm, financial services firm, or fast-paced tech company.
• Deep knowledge of securities and financial instruments regulation, including brokerage licensing and trading rules.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering commercially minded legal advice.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across stakeholders/business units.
• Experience in privacy/data protection, IP, or technology transactions would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Serve as key legal contact for tokenized securities and stock trading products.
• Advise on regulatory compliance for securities and digital assets.
• Draft/amend/negotiate product-centric contracts and prepare risk-mitigating templates.
• Support marketing communications and ensure compliance with financial promotion rules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Provide training and internal guidance within Legal and with other teams.
