HK Electric invites a Senior IT Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure team in Admiralty for a 2-year contract. You will implement and manage IT systems, cloud services and end-user computing platforms, while ensuring security, automation and performance optimisation across the enterprise.

You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in identity, access management and Microsoft 365, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and excellent command of English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Identity, certificate, and access management, Microsoft 365, and Privileged Identity & Access Management.
• Certification in ITIL, PMP or related areas is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• To implement and manage various IT systems, cloud services and the end-user computing platform.
• To oversee system upgrades, security, automation, and performance optimisation.
• To maintain documentation and ensure system compliance.
• To collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth system integration with enterprise applications.
• To support IT infrastructure-related projects, evaluate emerging technologies and mentor junior staff.
