Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in IT, CS or related field.
• 5–10 years of IT management experience at managerial or senior level.
• Strong ability under pressure to deliver objectives.
• Native Korean speaker with strong English skills (written and spoken).
• Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency preferred.
• Fast-paced, proactive, detail-oriented leader in technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT budgets and expenses with precision and deadlines.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Design and implement computer hardware and software systems.
• Develop security measures to safeguard networks.
• Provide premier technical support to end users.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding IT facilities and server room.
• Support HKEX-related IT aspects (CCASS, DCASS, EasyWay-Euroclear, TRS).
• Collaborate with Compliance, Accounting and Trading teams to optimize workflows.
