Job summary

Inspire is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, business-critical technology initiatives in Hong Kong. You will manage the full project lifecycle from business case development to delivery, governance, change and final implementation.

The role requires proven delivery of critical IT projects in large organisations, strong senior stakeholder management, and budgets/risk control. Cantonese is required; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience in large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering critical IT projects.
• Budget management, risk and issue management, change and delivery management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology.
• Insurance industry experience is an advantage; Cantonese is required.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certification is a plus.

This role requires a sophisticated project leader who can manage the full project lifecycle — from business case development and mobilisation through execution, governance, change, and delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving the successful delivery of critical IT projects in large, complex organisations, with the ability to manage senior business and IT stakeholders, budgets, risks, and cross-functional delivery teams. Insurance experience is helpful but not essential.
