Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Associate – IT Operations & Trade Floor Support to supervise end-user technology delivery and day-to-day IT operations for business and treasury users.

The role requires hands-on endpoint and virtual‑desktop experience, strong troubleshooting, and familiarity with front-office trading technologies. You will coordinate with regional teams and external vendors to improve stability and controls.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
• 6+ years IT operations, infrastructure-support or end-user computing experience.
• 2–3 years supervising a technical-support or IT operations team.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, VMware and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with financial-market tech such as Bloomberg/Refinitiv/EBS is a plus.
• ITIL certification and English & Cantonese language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise End User Computing, trade-floor support and routine IT operations.
• Manage endpoint and virtual-desktop environments, patching and security controls.
• Provide day-to-day system support, incident resolution and escalation as needed.
• Support Treasury/trade-floor users on trading and market-data systems.
• Maintain IT asset records and lifecycle management; coordinate vendor activity.
• Assist technology projects with regional and Head Office teams.
