Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Head of AI Infrastructure and Data Center in Hong Kong to lead the strategy and delivery of AI infrastructure and data center initiatives. You will own P&L, budgeting, capacity planning, and cost optimization while guiding large multi-site operations.

The successful applicant will bring an engineering degree, 10+ years in data centers or HPC, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in data center, critical infrastructure, or HPC environments, including senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site operations.
• Strong exposure to AI/HPC infrastructure, data center construction, and facilities management.
• Commercially astute with P&L and investment management experience.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI infrastructure and data center growth strategy.
• Own P&L, budgeting, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
• Lead data center builds, expansions, upgrades, and AI/HPC deployments.
• Oversee critical facilities operations, commissioning, migrations, and service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, DCIM monitoring, and sustainability initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on colocation and AI infrastructure solutions.
