Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation, enterprise applications, ERP, AI platforms initiatives.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled applications, automation, AI workflows, intelligent agents.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, system integration, and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex technology projects, budgets, vendors, procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to communicate with executive leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, enhancement, and management of enterprise digital platforms (Student Information Systems, ERP, AI platforms, automation).
• Define and execute digital transformation strategies aligning tech with organisational objectives and growth.
• Drive development, integration, and optimisation of AI-enabled applications and intelligent automation.
• Promote AI adoption and digital innovation through training, engagement, and change management programmes.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams responsible for enterprise apps, AI solutions, and cloud platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud solutions) to enhance capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Lead enterprise system integration to improve data quality and information flow.
• Manage application lifecycle including upgrades, vendor evaluations, procurement, and support.

• Champion AI adoption and digital innovation by promoting emerging technologies and delivering engagement, training, and change management programmes.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams responsible for enterprise applications, AI solutions, cloud platforms, and digital services.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud solutions, and intelligent automation tools, to continuously enhance organisational capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for innovation, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Lead enterprise system integration initiatives to improve data quality, system interoperability, operational efficiency, and information flow across the institution.
• Manage application lifecycle activities, including upgrades, enhancements, vendor evaluations, procurement processes, implementation projects, and ongoing support services.

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale digital transformation, enterprise application, ERP, AI platform initiatives, preferably within any public sector or quasi-government organization
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled applications, automation solutions, AI workflows, intelligent agents, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, system integration, database technologies, and cloud-based environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex technology projects, budgets, vendors, procurement activities, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership, people management, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, academic stakeholders, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
