Job summary

MTR Corporation is expanding its AI Centre of Excellence to accelerate and scale the adoption of AI across the Corporation. The Assistant Manager – AI & Digital Solutions will support governance, analytics and cross‑functional delivery initiatives.

You will partner with business and IT stakeholders, develop portfolio dashboards and insights, shape AI and digital solutions into actionable plans, and promote standards and capability building through workshops and guidance in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, IT or Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years in business analysis, digital transformation, portfolio management or PMO.
• Good understanding of AI, Generative AI, governance and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and development of the AI CoE and coordinate governance activities.

Background

MTR Corporation is expanding its AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE) to accelerate and scale the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including Generative AI, across the Corporation. The AI CoE brings together AI governance, engineering and platform capabilities, solution development and delivery expertise to enable business teams to turn AI opportunities into measurable business value. We are looking for passionate professionals to join our growing team and help shape how MTR adopts AI responsibly, securely and at scale.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and development of the AI CoE, and coordinate cross-functional forums, governance activities and knowledge assets
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to analyse requirements, streamline processes and shape AI and digital solutions into actionable delivery plans
• Maintain and manage the AI use case portfolio, including intake, assessment, prioritisation, governance tracking, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation
• Develop portfolio dashboards, management reports and insights to support decision-making, adoption monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote AI delivery standards, governance practices and capability building through workshops, stakeholder engagement and guidance
  

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration / Information Technology / Computer Science or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in business analysis, digital transformation, portfolio management, Project Management Office (PMO), governance, consulting or Centre of Excellence functions
• Good understanding of AI, Generative AI, delivery governance, portfolio reporting, benefits management and organisational change
• Fully conversant with the with Microsoft 365 and reporting or project tools such as Power BI, Azure DevOps or Jira
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with excellent command of both English and Chinese
