Job summary

Logic Consulting Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure and Systems Manager to lead the Group's on-premise and cloud-related environments. You will drive the technology roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure security-aligned infrastructure across POS, email, networking, marketing, and websites.

The role requires 10+ years in systems administration with 3+ years in management, plus PM skills and bilingual English/Chinese capability.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/CE/IT/MIS or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on systems and networking experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role is required.
• Experience in medical services or related sectors is a plus.
• Strong PM skills and ability to coordinate internal/external parties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of the Group's IT infrastructure and systems (POS, email, networking, marketing, websites).
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design the technology roadmap.
• Manage development, change and implementation of new IT technologies.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise infrastructure to meet security requirements.

Job description

Responsible for management of the Group's existing IT infrastructure and systems (including but not limited to POS, email, networking, marketing, and websites).

Closely work with senior leadership in designing the technology roadmap around the Group's evolving business vision, strategy, and needs.

Manage development, change and implementation of new technologies and IT capabilities.

Maintain and enhance existing enterprise infrastructure to satisfy the Group's business and security requirements.

Management and coordination among internal IT department units and staff.

Closely work with the Group's external IT vendors, service providers, consultants and contractors as required.

Position Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or other related discipline. Additional relevant industry certificates or training may be considered positively.

Minimum 10 years of in-depth and hands-on systems and networking administration experience, of which a minimum 3 years at managerial level. Experience within medical services or related sectors is an advantage.

Practical experience, ability, and comfort working with mixed-OS Windows & Linux-based on-premise enterprise environments.

Proactive and results-driven, with strong Project Management skills and ability to coordinate internal and external parties to deliver to deadlines and to budget.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity. Proactive and risk-management conscious. Additional relevant cybersecurity certificates, training, or experience is an advantage.

Energetic with a problem-solving nature. Able to effectively bridge business needs and challenges with technological solutions.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
