Chubb Life HK is seeking a Manager, IT Finance Management to lead the IT Finance & Governance function in Hong Kong. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic planning, coordinating with IT leads and Finance to ensure smooth daily operations and cost control.

The role requires strong communication, English and Cantonese proficiency, and the ability to partner with business and vendors to streamline processes and deliver timely insights.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology or Finance related fields.
• 7+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in IT Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in banking/insurance/IT industries is a plus.
• Strong budgeting, strategic planning, and IT payment cycle experience.
• Experience in management reporting, especially dashboards and trend analyses.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise between business and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Manage IT Finance & Governance function to ensure smooth daily operation and streamlined processes.
• Oversee subordinates and act as escalation point for related issues.
• Perform IT expense budgeting and forecasting; generate management reports and trend/gap analyses.
• Verify annual IT charges with IT Team Leads; aim for 3-5% cost decrement YoY.
• Host IT Finance Governance meetings to align HK Finance, RO, and departments.
• Provide regular IT Finance reports for management review.
