Job summary

Chubb Life in Hong Kong seeks an experienced IT leader to identify synergy between IT projects and optimize project cost. This role will also drive IT run costs to stay flat with business growth and identify sustainable savings through IT transformation that changes how we work.

You will lead all IT project managers, enforce the project management framework for consistent execution, and partner with senior stakeholders to maximize business value and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• University graduate or above in a relevant field (CS or Information Security preferred).
• 8–10 years of IT roles focusing on transformation, portfolio management, and IT finance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all IT project managers; ensure adherence to the project management framework for consistent execution and reporting.
• Drive projects to deliver business value rather than fixed scope/time/c cost.
• Reuse/combine tasks to create synergy and save time/cost.
• Ensure IT run costs stay minimal as business grows.
• Transform the tech stack and working methods to sustainably reduce run cost.
• Define, track, and communicate business outcome targets to senior stakeholders.
• Coach and manage IT project managers for standardized execution and reporting of project synergy.
• Monitor and renew vendors' financials during contracts.
