Chubb Life in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager for Bermuda Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will drive process design, coordinate with local and global teams, and help build scalable operating models as business volume grows. Strong leadership and communication are essential to manage stakeholders across finance, operations, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• HKICPA qualification or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in senior finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes, governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• English required; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including LDTI and BMA returns, to senior management.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and related accounting activities.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to support financial strength.
• Oversee eBao and related reporting processes.
• Define end-to-end process flows across policy issuance, commissions, premium collection, payout, and reinsurance.
• Establish ownership for key finance processes and governance structures.
• Strengthen governance, segregation of duties, and escalation protocols.
• Identify and drive process improvements for scalability.
• Collaborate with HK Finance, FP&A, operations, and system teams on dependencies and launches.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements while managing risk.
