Job summary

Kyle Chan & Associates Design Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced designer to lead residential and house design from planning to construction. You will develop concept mood boards, present designs with diagrams and tender drawings, and manage Interiors and FF&E projects.

With 6–8 years of experience, you will handle client relations, deliver strong presentations, and work across full design drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases and full scope of design work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction.
• Develop conceptual ideas for narrative and mood boards.
• Independently prepare presentation sets with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and tender drawings.
• Plan and design projects, including Interiors and FF&E work.
• Manage residential projects from design to construction period.
• Handle project-related contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.

Job description

Perform all phases and full scope of design work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction.

Develop conceptual ideas for narrative & mood board

Independently Handle full sets of presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and tender drawings

Planning and design of projects, including but not limited to Interiors and FF&E work

Managing Residential projects from design to construction period.

Manage project-related contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to quickly address on-site challenges.

Experience in quotation analysis, project costing, or budget control.

Requirements:

With at least 6-8 years-experience in Residential & House Design

Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion

Excellent presentation with good communication and interpersonal skills

Good Ability to handle full set design drawings and specifications

Good Ability to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight schedules with confidence and willing to work overtime when necessary.

Able to handle full set of design drawing including design detail and technical drawings

Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint & PC Software

Good Spoken & written English and Mandarin will be advantage

Willing to travel to China occasionally
