Job summary

Spring GDS Asia Pacific in Hong Kong seeks an IT Integration Consultant to manage end-to-end system integrations across customers, carriers and internal platforms, using APIs and other digital tools. You will onboard customers, optimize processes, and support ongoing development of platform connections, serving as the liaison between customers and IT.

Work closely with developers, product managers and account teams to ensure smooth go-lives and continuous improvement of API, plugin and SFTP

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in IT, CS or related discipline.
• 5+ years in API-based integration, data handling, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Spring Asia Pacific customers into shipping services via APIs, portals, plugins, and SFTP.
• Coordinate between customers, carriers, platforms and IT to ensure smooth integration processes and go-lives.
• Analyze customer needs and advise on process improvements for IT integrations.
