Capco, a Wipro company, is a global technology and management consultancy focused on digital transformation for the financial services sector. Capco’s Insurance practice delivers end-to-end change across Life, Pensions, Health, General Insurance and more from Hong Kong and Asia.

As a Senior Consultant on the Insurance team, you will lead multi-national client engagements, shape strategy, and drive change across operations and technology.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Insurance with a focus on digital transformation across Operations, Underwriting, Distribution and/or Claims.
• Experience in digital transformation, agile transformation, operational excellence, or target operating model design.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and ability to apply it to process design and system implementation.
• Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working.
• Experience working on large-scale programs and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship management skills and ability to mitigate problems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end oversight for specific workstreams within large-scale initiatives.
• Collaborate to develop solutions across technology, people and process for insurance clients.
• Contribute to transformation projects and process improvements for multinational insurers.
• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
• Assist team lead in lifecycle management, KPIs, and scaled Agile execution.
• Synthesize market trends into tailored client solutions.
