Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking an experienced compliance professional in Hong Kong to advise on regulatory issues relating to tied agents and to maintain market conduct programs. The role includes supporting business initiatives, organizing compliance training, and conducting reviews while liaising with regulators.

A/Bachelor degree in related fields and 8+ years of life insurance compliance experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Law, Risk Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in life insurance compliance function with tied agents.
Experience with Hong Kong regulatory frameworks and regulators preferred.
Solid experience in distribution compliance, market conduct, and reviewing sales/marketing materials.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical and bilingual drafting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide advisory services on regulatory compliance for sales and distribution of tied agents.
Maintain and enhance compliance programs addressing market conduct, regulatory and internal guidelines.
Support business initiatives and conduct compliance trainings.
Review inquiries from regulators and coordinate with business units on responses.
