Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales targets in Employee Benefits. You will develop renewal and new business, coordinate with distribution partners, and support strategic marketing initiatives.

Applicants should have at least 8 years' experience in Employee Benefits or sales, with solid knowledge of Group Medical and Life products, and strong English and Chinese communication. Proficiency in Word and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Employee Benefits or sales, preferably in a sizeable organization.
• Sound knowledge of Group Medical & Life products.
• Solid experience in handling Group Medical insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good PC skills including Word and Excel.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Achieve his or her own sales target by developing renewal and new business
• Assist the team to achieve the whole sales team's targets
• Responsible for business development of medical insurance through different distribution channels to achieve the business targets
• Coordinate product launch related marketing activities
• Provide services to customers and intermediaries
• Maintain close relationship with key business contacts
• Develop new business sources
• Support team head on develop and perform strategic plan
