Job summary

Millennium Technology Services in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager for a banking client. The role focuses on leading enterprise network transformations, migrations and refreshes in live banking environments, from planning to production cutover and handover.

You will own scope, schedules, risks and reporting, coordinating network engineers, security teams, vendors and contractors, while ensuring successful handover to operations and ongoing stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure project management experience in banking environments.
• Track record of leading bank network transformations, migrations or refreshes through production cutover.
• Strong understanding of Cisco and Arista network infrastructure and discussion of deployment risks with engineering teams.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and workstreams under formal change control in a regulated environment.

Millennium Technology Services (MTS) is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager for a banking client in Hong Kong. Recent experience leading large-scale network infrastructure projects within a bank is essential. We’re looking for someone who has owned delivery from planning and design coordination through migration, production cutover and handover.

What you’ll do

• Lead enterprise network transformations, migrations and refreshes in live banking environments. Projects may include data centre builds or relocations, office and branch deployments, and network security or DMZ upgrades.
• Own project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies and stakeholder reporting. Coordinate network engineers, security teams, vendors and contractors.
• Manage hardware procurement, staging and installation. Coordinate change approvals, testing, cutover readiness, rollback planning and post-cutover validation.
• Drive customer acceptance and handover to operations, keeping business and technical stakeholders informed throughout delivery.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure project management experience, with substantial, recent delivery experience within banking environments.
• A track record of personally leading large-scale bank network transformations, migrations or refreshes through production cutover.
• Strong understanding of Cisco and Arista network infrastructure and the ability to discuss deployment risks and dependencies with engineering teams.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and workstreams under formal change control in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint and ServiceNow. CCNA is an advantage.
