Job summary

Millennium Technology Services in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager for a banking client. The role focuses on leading enterprise network transformations, migrations and refreshes in live banking environments, from planning to production cutover and handover.

You will own scope, schedules, risks and reporting, coordinating network engineers, security teams, vendors and contractors, while ensuring successful handover to operations and ongoing stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure project management experience in banking environments.
• Track record of leading bank network transformations, migrations or refreshes through production cutover.
• Strong understanding of Cisco and Arista network infrastructure and discussion of deployment risks with engineering teams.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and workstreams under formal change control in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network transformations, migrations and refreshes in live banking environments.
• Own project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies and reporting; coordinate network engineers, security teams, vendors and contractors.
• Manage hardware procurement, staging and installation; coordinate change approvals, testing, cutover readiness and post-cutover validation.
• Drive customer acceptance and handover to operations with stakeholders informed throughout delivery.
