Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and support of enterprise platform services, including messaging systems, identity services, container platforms, and Linux environments.
• Resolve L2 and L3 issues of container platform environments, mainly focus on Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).
• Administer Linux servers (e.g., RHEL, CentOS), include patching and tuning.
• Support Microsoft Exchange Server (on premises / hybrid).
• Provide Active Directory services (AD DS, DNS, Group Policy).
• Troubleshooting incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with application, network and security teams.
• Manage technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Guide junior team members to follow the workflow.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) / Kubernetes (K8s).
• Solid experience in Linux system administration / Microsoft Exchange Server / Active Directory / Windows Server.
• Proficient in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps and K8s.
• Holder of Microsoft, Red Hat, Kubernetes certifications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
