Job summary

Dah Sing Bank in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Lead to manage a team of VMware and Windows system administrators, ensuring stability, security, and performance of core services.

You will oversee Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Azure, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms, drive integration initiatives, governance, and DR readiness. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on expertise in enterprise infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in system administration, including at least 5 years of people management experience leading a mid-sized team (5-7 staff).
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, GPO, and file services.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Vault, OceanFax, and Omnissa Boxer administration and support.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and NetGain monitoring tools, including configuration, maintenance, reporting, and operational support.
• Solid understanding of system security, vulnerability management, patching, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong vendor management skills, including contract coordination, service delivery oversight, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor infrastructure team, ensuring effective task allocation, performance management, and skills development.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and act as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Oversee administration of Windows servers and Active Directory, including DNS, DHCP, NTP, and GPO management.
• Oversee patching and upgrade activities across infrastructure components to address end-of-support and security vulnerabilities.
• Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to the team's areas of responsibility.
• Oversee disaster recovery setup and monitoring, including DR procedures and annual drills.
• Lead incident and problem management, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate infrastructure changes across virtualization platforms and cloud services; liaise with vendors for procurement and support.
