Job summary

Global Executive Consultants Ltd. represents a Leading Consumer Bank in Hong Kong, seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee deskside modernization, VDI rollout, and endpoint security across the enterprise.

You will drive end-to-end planning for Windows desktop platforms, manage security baselines, BYOD workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with development and operations teams. Senior level, 8+ years in Windows/infra, with banking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of solid footprint in Microsoft Windows desktop platform management and infrastructure engineering, with at least 3 years in a management capacity within banking or regulated financial institutions strictly preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, PMP, ITIL, or related Microsoft/VMware qualifications are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deskside modernization & migration oversight for Windows desktop platforms, VDI, secure remote access and end-of-life asset replacements.
• Endpoint defense & vulnerability mitigation, patching, and remediation of platform dependencies.
• Workplace engineering & BYOD support with adherence to data leakage prevention standards.
• Provide technical guidance to development and operations teams to optimize network connectivity and identity systems (AD/M365).
• Drive workflow improvements using Cloud, GenAI, and IoT to boost productivity by 30%+.
• Assist in budgeting and MSP/vendor governance to meet SLAs.
