Dah Sing Financial Group in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Support (Team Lead) to lead a team of VMware and Windows system administrators, ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement of core infrastructure services.

The role covers Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and related tech; responsible for governance, DR, incident management, and coordinating with vendors to deliver reliable digital workplace solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE) and/or VMware certifications preferred.
ITIL certification is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of system administration with 5+ years in people management.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, AD, Exchange, SCCM, GPO, and file services.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure specialists.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and act as escalation point for complex issues.
Oversee Windows Server/AD/DNS/DHCP/NTP and GPO management.
Ensure Azure, 365, and Teams integration and security compliance.
Manage monitoring tools (Netgain), CMDB (ServiceNow), and SCCM operations.
Oversee virtualization (VMware 8.0, Sangfor HCI) and lifecycle planning.
Drive disaster recovery procedures and annual drills.
Liaise with vendors for procurement, deployment, and ongoing support.
