Bristol Myers Squibb in Hong Kong seeks an Immuno-Oncology Sales Representative to support healthcare professionals and accounts across HA & Private. The role executes approved commercial strategies, builds trusted relationships, and enables patient access to medicines in a fast-paced, science-driven environment.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, deliver compliant product communications, and drive sales performance while upholding high ethical standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business or related field.
• Proven sales/account-management or customer-facing experience in pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Experience in oncology, specialty care or hospital accounts an advantage.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with approved business priorities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders in assigned accounts.
• Deliver accurate, balanced and approved product information in line with applicable laws, industry codes and BMS policies.
• Identify customer and account needs, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to provide appropriate support.
• Monitor territory performance, customer insights and market developments; use insights to optimize account engagement plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions and business activities in relevant BMS systems.
• Achieve agreed sales and performance objectives while maintaining ethics, integrity and compliance.
• Participate in relevant training, business meetings and professional development activities.
