MSD in Hong Kong invites an Associate Key Account Manager, Oncology, to support our customers by delivering clinical information, educational resources and training programs. Based in Hong Kong, you will collaborate with global and regional teams to shape product strategy and execution in a dynamic healthcare market.

You will cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, manage key accounts, and drive product adoption while ensuring compliance and delivering timely reports and insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science-related disciplines (Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science) or related fields.
• 4-5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Promote and grow Oncology portfolio by building relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Deliver product information and promotional messages through face-to-face engagement and presentations.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, data, and proper use; address questions with solutions.
• Manage assigned accounts and identify opportunities to expand product adoption and business growth.
• Execute promotional activities and account plans aligned with business objectives and compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, product advocates, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor account performance and market developments to identify opportunities and support decisions.
