JPC Texson Ltd, a Hong Kong and China licensed employment consulting firm, is expanding its HVAC sales team in Hong Kong and Macau. The role focuses on developing new business, promoting chillers and related systems, and coordinating with manufacturers and clients to deliver projects.

You will work with a four-member sales team, report to the Sales Director, and advance toward becoming an HVAC engineering and sales specialist while building long-term relationships with consultants and

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• 8+ years in sales, project management or engineering-related business development.
• 2+ years selling chillers, HVAC equipment or related products.
• Experience preparing quotations, tenders and technical proposals.
• Strong knowledge of building-services or M&E products.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Identify potential customers and manage existing accounts in HK and Macau.
• Promote HVAC products, including chillers and related systems.
• Prepare quotations, tender documents and technical proposals.
• Deliver focused presentations addressing clients’ needs.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to deliver projects.
• Develop marketing plans and sales strategies to grow the business.
