Job summary

CLPe Solutions Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Branch Head to lead a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and contractors to execute building cooling and district cooling projects. You will develop construction and implementation plans for safe, cost-effective HVAC systems and oversee procurement and site activities.

Responsibilities include advancing business development, cost estimation, risk management, value engineering, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years’ working experience with 8+ years in management.
• Extensive large-scale construction and HVAC/project management in Hong Kong.
• Experience in district cooling projects is advantageous.
• Chartered Engineer status advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Project Managers, Engineers, and contractors.
• Develop construction and implementation plans for HVAC systems and related activities.
• Monitor safety, budget, and schedule throughout project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to meet client requirements and standards.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance during execution.
• Hand over completed projects to operations with full functionality and documentation.
