Job summary

JPC TEXSON LTD is seeking an energetic HVAC sales professional in Hong Kong/Macau to drive new business and nurture existing relationships. You will present technical solutions, prepare bids, and coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role offers exposure to chillers and related systems, with growth into an HVAC engineering and sales specialist through structured training and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years or more of relevant experience in sales, project management or engineering-related BD.
• Experience in selling chillers, HVAC equipment or related products is highly preferred.
• Experience in preparing quotations, tenders and technical proposals.
• Good understanding of building-services or mechanical and electrical engineering products.
• Excellent Cantonese, English and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and follow up on existing accounts.
• Promote HVAC products in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, tender documents, product proposals and sales presentations.
• Deliver focused presentations addressing clients’ technical and commercial needs.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to develop product portfolios and solutions.
• Follow up on sales opportunities from enquiry to order confirmation.
• Oversee and coordinate projects for timely delivery.
