Forsters & Company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer (HR Reporting/Analytics) to lead HR reporting initiatives across APAC. The role requires a degree in HR or related fields and 7-8 years of hands-on experience with HR analytics and data generation.
You will coordinate HRIS-related projects with HK, China and APAC offices, validate data, and deliver insightful reports to support workforce planning and budgeting. Strong English skills are essential; Mandarin is a plus.
Degree holder in Human Resources or Business related disciplines
7-8 years experience in HR reporting and analytics with APAC exposure
Experience in HRIS enhancement and key HR projects coordination
Previous experience in HR data generation and supporting C&B projects
Well-organized, energetic, detail-minded with strong analytical capability
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
Proficient in using MS Excel & HR reporting tools and HRIS system
Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring the HR operation focusing on HR reporting and projects coordination
Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for workforce planning, turnover, cost allocation etc
Coordinate HR projects and HRIS implementation with Hong Kong, China and APAC offices
Perform data validation and prepare analytical reports for decision-making and HR planning
Provide support on salary review, benefits benchmarking, bonus exercises and budgeting
Collaborate with stakeholders on governance, reporting discipline and data quality issues
Support on process review and optimization initiative to enhance operational effectiveness
