Job summary

Shangri-La Group is seeking a Senior Technician - Carpenter to maintain and repair hotel facilities at Kerry Hotel, Kowloon. You will ensure smooth daily operations by addressing finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment throughout the property.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant hotel experience, completed apprenticeship or equivalent, and holds a safety card. Interpersonal skills and ability to follow directions are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Holds 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel maintenance.
• Completion of an approved apprenticeship or equivalent is required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Certified worker of confined space and holder of safety card is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair interior and exterior finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment, walls, floors and doors.
• Perform daily maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates normally.
• Execute other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
