Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Technician – Painter to maintain hotel interiors, ensure paintwork and wall coverings meet Kimpton standards for durability and guest comfort, and support daily operations.

You will handle new hotel projects, inspect finishes on walls and ceilings, perform daily internal repairs and preventive maintenance, and assist with plant room housekeeping, reporting to the Engineering Supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in painting or wallpaper work, or related field.
• F.3 education or equivalent.
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
• Experience with hotel openings is preferred.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Handling new hotel projects, including checking and inspecting wall and ceiling finishings.
• Carrying out hotel daily repairing work and preventive maintenance work.
• Housekeeping for all plant rooms.
• Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor.
