Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior E&M Technician to maintain and repair hotel facilities, equipment and systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a Grade A0 Electrical Worker license, at least three years' experience in hotel maintenance, and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; Cantonese is preferred, English an advantage. You will perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance across hotel areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining hotel equipment and facilities.
• Knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems, hotel equipment and facilities preventive maintenance, fire safety.
• Knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage.
• Good command of Cantonese; English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of all operational equipment.
• Maintain all electrical work of the hotel, including restaurant outlets, guestrooms and public areas.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, planned maintenance and emergency repairs of electrical and mechanical services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
