Qualifications

• Experience in business development in high net worth markets
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth
• Strong collaboration with leadership and partners

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of HNW Business Development to develop and implement business strategy for top-line growth
• Develop new international and bank brokerage partners
• Coach and motivate brokerage partners to enhance insurance product sales
• Execute product, marketing and sales strategies with partners to maximize revenue
• Conduct product and sales skill training for brokerage partners
