Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Risk Management based in Hong Kong. The role focuses on enterprise risk management, internal controls, and policy training across markets.

You will maintain risk registers, coordinate mitigation, and support crisis simulations and insurance planning. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in business/finance, 5+ years in risk/controls or retail ops, and strong bilingual communication in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk & controls, project management and/or retail operations.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills.
• Broad knowledge of business processes.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive risk register and monitor mitigation status.
• Coordinate with risk owners to implement mitigation workplans.
• Perform retail store inspections and internal control reviews for risk/policy gaps.
• Develop training and communication materials to facilitate change.
• Develop and review anti-money laundering policies and training materials.
• Conduct transaction analysis and prepare regulatory reports.
