Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a GenAI and workflow automation specialist to partner with business divisions, translate requirements into scalable AI use cases, and guide the transition from traditional processes to AI-enabled methods.

You will build GenAI workflows, design prompts, integrate data pipelines with government AI infrastructure, prepare user guides, and conduct trainings for change management and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field.
• 3-6 years’ post-qualification experience in system implementation or related areas, with at least 1 year in a similar post.
• Sound understanding of GenAI, LLMs, APIs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in configuring or supporting IT systems or digital tools.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities; proactive and delivery-focused.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business divisions to translate requirements into scalable GenAI or automation use cases.
• Guide transitions from traditional workflows to AI-enabled concepts and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Build GenAI workflows, agentic loops, knowledge assistants, chatbots, and dashboards using listed tools.
• Design prompts, few-shot examples, and retrieval-augmented solutions to maximise accuracy.
• Integrate data pipelines with government AI infrastructure and APIs.
• Prepare user guides, prompt templates, and conduct trainings for change management and knowledge transfer.
• Pivot prototypes quickly based on live feedback from stakeholders.
